Welcome to Trovex. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Products

We make every effort to display our products and their features as accurately as possible. Colors, screens, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown. Product images may include illustrative or promotional graphics.

Safety, Proper Use & Liability — Please Read

CarPlay Pro is a driver-assistance and convenience accessory. It is not a substitute for safe, attentive driving. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and for complying with all applicable traffic, distracted-driving, and windshield/dashboard-mounting laws in your state and locality.
  • You should not interact with the touchscreen, type, or watch content while the vehicle is in motion. Set your destination and preferences before driving.
  • The reversing/backup camera is a parking aid only. It does not replace mirrors, physically checking your surroundings, or safe reversing practices.
  • The device must be mounted securely so it does not obstruct your view or airbags, and positioned in accordance with local law.
  • Trovex is not liable for any accident, collision, injury, death, loss, or property damage arising from distraction, misuse, improper installation or mounting, reliance on navigation or the backup camera, or use of the device while driving.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trovex's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Compatibility

It is your responsibility to confirm that CarPlay Pro is compatible with your phone and vehicle before purchase. It requires an iPhone on iOS 12+ or an Android phone on Android 11+ (with the Android Auto app), and a vehicle with a 12V–24V power socket. It is a standalone screen and does not integrate with your factory stereo or steering-wheel controls.

Warranty

CarPlay Pro is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the store's displayed currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Trovex or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
